CALEA-Compliant Lawful Intercept

  • No data is disclosed without proper justification and documentation

International Government Requests

  • Requests from non-U.S. governments must comply with the CLOUD Act or be submitted through proper mutual legal assistance treaty (MLAT) channels
  • No extrajudicial access to customer records or traffic data permitted under USTelco policy
